Returns

For all returns customers have 14 natural days to return an item according to Spanish law. For any returns we offer credit notes NOT REFUNDS, so please check measurements before buying.

Please note the cost of returning the item shall be at the expense of the customer and will be discounted from the credit note. All items returned must be in perfect condition with the original box and all components.

Spanish Law

In accordance with the Spanish law articles 102 & following the legislative real decree 1/2007, of the 16th of November . The customer will have 14 natural days to communicate the return of any products.

We offer free storage, buy online and we will store for you for FREE, with no time limit. Organise your delivery for whenever is best for you.

Cancellations

We must be informed via writing as soon as possible should customers wish to cancel their order after payment. If an item has already been sent a delivery & return expense will be discounted from the credit note.
